Refund Policy

Digital delivery & our 14-day guarantee

Our standard itineraries (Budget, Mid-range, Luxury) are digital PDF products delivered instantly the moment payment is confirmed. Because the product is delivered and consumable immediately, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once the PDF has been delivered.

We do, however, stand behind the quality of what we sell. Within 14 days of your order, you can request a full refund if any of the following apply:

  • The PDF failed to deliver or you cannot download or open it after we've tried to help;
  • The itinerary is materially inaccurate (for example, hotels that have permanently closed, wrong destination content, broken or missing sections);
  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, charged after canceling, etc.);
  • The file is corrupted, blank, or otherwise defective.

Requests outside the 14-day window, or for reasons not listed above, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Custom $149 itinerary

The $149 custom itinerary tier is prepared by hand and delivered within 48–72 hours. You can request a full refund at any time before we deliver the finished PDF. After delivery, the same 14-day guarantee above applies (defective, undelivered, or materially inaccurate work).

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email, or contact us at support@sevensunsets.travel.

How payments are handled

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
